After a serious accident that not only wrecked his knee but also resulted in his diagnosis of Diabetes, Yuval Maymon, a former software engineer and then one of the largest Gelato manufacturers with a chain of over 50 stores worldwide, took a deep breath to focus on his health. It was while recovering from this accident and new health scare that Maymon had his “Aha” moment.
